April 9, 11am – 3pm at Hartford High School
Alice’s Kitchenwill sample Vermont maple butter sandwich cookies and flourless chocolate torte
Cedar Circle Farm and Education Center will sample heirloom Tiger Eye bean and roasted vegetable salad with arugula pesto dressing, classic lactofermented kraut, kohlrabi lactofermented kraut, Cedar Circle Farm grown popcorn, lightly salted and various potted herbs
Valley Food & Farm including Upper Valley Farm to School will be sampling carrot soup (Harvest of the Month) and microgreens, and activities will include veggie stamping, a corn table, and planting a pot of microgreens to take home
Vermont Farmstead Cheese Company will sample griled cheese treats and their crackers and the following cheeses: Alehouse Cheddar, Lille Coulommiers, Tilsit, Blueberry Windsordale
