Update to this Quest

To get there: Turn right on Tigertown Road, go .3 miles, pass beneath the interstate and then turn right onto Podunk Road. (The turn is directly after passing under the interstate.)
Recently, a “no parking” sign has appeared at the Podunk Trailhead. If you backtrack 0.3 miles on the dirt road, you will find a small pull-off (suitable for 2-3 cars) on the left.

Alternatively, if you are using the “To get there” directions, follow as before, but after the last fork (left onto the dirt road) travel 0.3 miles and park in the pull-off on the RIGHT. After parking, walk 0.3 miles further up the road to embark on your Quest.

There have been reports in May 2006 of a tree down on the trail, but it is easy to get around. And that the blue blazes have faded to gray.

There are reports of many, many barking dogs at a house located near the beginning of this trail. It could be scary for small children.

MAY 2016 Clue Update: Last clue: As you go back up the road, From the burial ground, And following yellow tree markers, Stop at the last cellar hole on your RIGHT…Just before the grass triangle.
