Support the Karibbean Restaurant’s The Local Crowd Upper Valley Crowdfunding Campaign
The Karibbean Restaurant partnered with The Local Crowd Upper Valley to launch a crowdfunding campaign on January 2, 2023. This campaign will raise funds to help business owners Carline Roberge and Balvin Bowen move forward with their vision for a new location.
Roberge and Bowen serve fresh Haitian and Jamaican dishes at their restaurant and at the Lebanon Farmers Market. They also run an art and craft shop where they share their proceeds by supporting school tuition for children and providing needed supplies for a hospital in Haiti.
“We love the flavor and character that The Karibbean brings to our community,” said Nancy LaRowe of Vital Communities. “Supporting more entrepreneurs like Carline and Balvin is key to keeping our downtowns vital.”
Individuals can contribute to this crowdfunding campaign regardless of where they live. Offline donations are also accepted. Checks should be made to the Karibbean with “TLC” in the memo and mailed to the Karibbean , 61 Hanover Street, Lebanon, NH 03766.
