We raise organic, grass fed lamb, mostly for Restaurants, although we will sell to individuals on occasion. Our two breeds are Texels, (Dutch Tessels), considered the finest muscled market lamb, and Oxfords, large sheep. Our chops and legs tend to be larger than most commercial lamb with a mild to medium flavor. We crossbreed to add size, growth and vigor.
