We make three delicious dry hard ciders and two dry brandies from our own apple and pear trees that we planted 36 years ago. Two are bubbly, a true champagne method and one bottle fermented, the third flat, semi dry. Everything we sell is certified organic and made on our solar off grid farm . Available at local stores and on line.
We also make Apple Balsamic Vinegar that is balanced, and complex. I’s available on Etsy as well as local stores.
We can sell from our farm and welcome hikers to the top of the hill for a beautiful view!
In the fall we can sell 85. varieties of apples for applesauce and eating!
