The Hartford Business Revolving Loan Fund is a partnership between the Town of Hartford and Green Mountain Economic Development Corporation. The fund was created to assist local businesses in starting/expanding, buying equipment, purchasing real estate, and creating/retaining local jobs.

The business must be located in Hartford, Vermont and be up to date on municipal tax payments. Applicants are also asked for reasonable collateral and to have an ownership stake in the business. Preference is given to businesses that can use other financing sources to compliment the fund. 

Interest rates as low as 5% and terms range from several months to over 5 years.
