The Welcome Wagon is a program created to welcome new and returning residents into the Upper Valley of Vermont and New Hampshire. The program pairs newcomers with locals as a way to help them get settled, feel connected, and build community. The Welcome Wagon also hosts social events to get folks together in larger groups!
