Vermont Professionals of Color Network
Vermont Professionals of Color Network is an organization whose focus is advancing the careers of BIPOC folks in Vermont, aiding them as they move into positions of leadership, and supporting their economic advancement. They do this through their events, monthly community member spotlight, hosting of affinity spaces, and resource creation developed by and for the community.
Resources
Boards: Vermont Professionals of Color Network manages a job board for salaried and career-building opportunities, a civic engagement board for opportunities for nonprofit board service, and an internship board. All postings must include the organization/business’s work as it relates to pursuing and advancing Diversity, Equity, and Belonging, and all postings are reviewed by VT PoC staff. BIPOC-led organizations and businesses can submit career opportunities at no cost.
Vermont Professionals of Color Network: Events Calendar: In addition to hosting an annual kickback event, co-working events, and community catch-ups, Vermont Professionals of Color Network also advertises community events around the state.
