Tradition pairs with the latest advancements in technology to produce the finest maple syrup and products from the healthiest trees. We use all renewable resources – wood fire, solar power – and sustainable sugarbush management.. We produce award winning maple syrup, canned in a great selection of glass, plastic, and lithographed tin, maple cream, sugar, candy, and maple almonds. We also make Bourbon Barrel-l Aged Maple Syrup, and Cinnamon, Coffee, Vanilla, and Habanero Infused Maple Syrup. You are welcome to come for a tour and free samples year round, and there are miles of trails that you can hike on to see the intricate system of saplines,and the majestic maples.
