2023 Affordable Energy Resource Fair

Want to save energy AND money? Winter is coming – and energy prices are high, from electricity to home heating fuel. But help is available to pay those high bills now and improve your home so your future bills are lower!

The Affordable Energy Resources Fair provides a one-stop shop for Do-It-Yourself Weatherization materials, information on Weatherization assistance and rebate programs, utility bill (electricity, fuel, water) state and town assistance programs, and material resources to be more comfortable in the coming cold temperatures.

Speak with experts on energy help programs for New Hampshire and Vermont. Whether you are unhoused or marginally housed, a renter, or homeowner, this event has resources for you.

Applying for help can be complicated – It’s hard to know who to ask for support and if it will actually be worth it! This event will help Upper Valley community members find the right programs and resources to save them money and reduce their fuel use, in VT and NH.

Attend the Affordable Energy Resources Fair to receive:

Take-home groceries, on-site prepared meals (everyone-eats-style), warm blankets, and gift certificates to LISTEN for winter clothing purchases.

DIY weatherization solutions for renters (including removable items like window plastic or stick-on door sweeps) and homeowners (more permanent weatherization improvements materials and information).

Expert advice and information from Upper Valley, VT, and NH organizations and businesses that can support people in reducing their energy usage, and expenditures.
