Join the Upper Valley Teaching Place Collaborative, Cat Buxton from Grow More Waste Less, and Peter Faletra from the New Hampshire Academy of Science to learn about how you can borrow microscopes to use in your school garden. During the workshop, you will gain hands-on experience using microscopes to explore soil bacteria in the Thetford Elementary School garden. We will also discuss the opportunity to borrow microscopes from the New Hampshire Academy of Science’s Equipment Loan Library. This workshop will focus on 5th – 8th grade educators, but it is open to all.
