The Housing Solutions Breakfast brings together employers, developers, advocacy groups, elected officials and others to share their perspectives and discuss ongoing and proposed measures to address the issue.

Topics and presenters at the breakfast are:   

• NH Community Loan Fund/ROC NH on resident-owned manufactured home communities 
• Kevin Geiger, Director of Planning, Two Rivers Ottauquechee Regional Commission, representing Keys to the Valley, on ADUs and other efforts 
• Nick Clark, Board of Directors, Livable Real Estate Cooperative, on small-scale development 

Co-hosted by Vital Communities and Twin Pines Housing.

About the Housing Breakfast

This semi-annual gathering offers those who care about housing to share ideas and hear about solutions. 

Schedule:

7 am: Check-In begins

7:15 am: A full breakfast buffet is offered.

8-9 am: Presentations from  8-9 am from housing leaders representing employers, developers, and advocacy groups.

9 – 10 am: Question and answer time
