Join us at the River Valley Tech Center on Saturday, November 8, anytime between 9 am – noon for the Springfield Area Home Creators Expo. 

The Home Creators Expo brings together homeowners interested in creating homes, such as accessory dwelling units, with the resources and information they need to get from idea to actual unit. Planners, lenders, builders, architects, septic designers, and local and state offices connected to permitting are all under one roof for homeowners to connect with directly.

Get answers to your questions and the how-tos about:

• Adding an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) to your home or house lot

• Converting a single-family home to multi-family

• Developing a “cottage cluster” of smaller homes

• Permitting and financing your project
