
Sustainability Guided Quest
Location: Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park, 54 Elm St, Woodstock, VT. Park in the Billings Farm & Museum parking lot. Use the crosswalk at Route 12 to access the National Park. Meet at on the stone patio outside the front of the Visitors Center.
Learn about forest management and climate change as you walk the beautiful paths of the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park in Woodstock, Vt! The Sustainability Guided Quest will lead you on a personal tour of the highlights of the Park’s sustainability program, starting at the Forest Center and heading out onto nearby trails. As the only park in the National Park System focused on telling the story of conservation history, Marsh- Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park is working hard to ensure that all aspects of its current operations are contributing to a healthier and more sustainable Park. Remember: this quest counts toward the 5 you need to go on to complete the Climate Connections Super Quest 2021!
