Buyer and Seller Guides – Vital Communities developed the Green Homebuyer Guide and Green Seller Guide for network members to use and share with clients. To request printed guides or training in how to use the guides with clients, contact Sarah.

Network Gatherings – At least once per year, Vital Communities hosts a breakfast for the entire Green Real Estate Network to share what’s new across all of our projects and working groups. To learn more, contact Sarah.
Continuing Education – Vital Communities is offering the Green Real Estate Crash Course to real estate agents across the Upper Valley. This three-credit, dual state CE course is focused on what you NEED to know to assist your clients and will be helpful to any Realtor, regardless of prior experience in green real estate. Green Home Inspectors Work Group – This engaged group of Upper Valley home inspectors meets periodically to share learning around common home energy issues, recognizing that clients are increasingly concerned about energy costs. To learn more and join the work group, contact Sarah.
