February Farm-To-School Educational Forum:
Let the Good Times Roll!
Join Upper Valley Farm to School as we “rise” to the occasion of baking with students!
Many area schools have found baking activities a great way to continue their farm-to-school programming through the winter months. During the forum we will cover some basic baking skills, discover local opportunities to bake with students, learn about local flour sources, and find curricular connections with our kitchen activities. Representatives from King Arthur Flour, Green Mountain Flour, and school-based experienced bakers will be joining us on our doughy adventure!
