Formed by Vital Communities in 2009, the Municipal Leaders group helps build solutions that make the Upper Valley’s central towns and cities work better for those who live, work, shop, and otherwise rely on these communities.

What

The Municipal Leaders Core group is composed of municipal managers and select board chairs of Lebanon, Hanover, Norwich, Hartford, Enfield, Thetford, Windsor, and Claremont.

Format

Meeting agendas are available upon request to non-group members.
