Flavors of the Valley Vendor Mini-Grants

Vital Communities is pleased to announce Flavors of the Valley mini-grants for 2020. The application form is below. Before applying for a mini-grant, learn all the details about vending at Flavors here. You must submit a completed vendor application and payment prior to applying for mini-grant funds.

These grants will help your farm, food business, or restaurant defray the costs of vending at Flavors of the Valley on April 19, 2020, at Hartford High School in Hartford, Vermont. The maximum mini-grant award is $200. Any vendor that is a farm, food business, or restaurant eligible to vend at Flavors of the Valley is eligible to apply for funds.

APPLICATION PROCESS: Applicants must complete the application form below. Applications received by February 17 will get first consideration, and thereafter applications will be considered on a rolling basis. Mini-grant applications will not be considered unless a complete vendor application, including vendor fee payment, has also been received. Mini-grant recipients will be notified by email the week of February 17 and will receive funds via check.

USE OF GRANT FUNDS: Grant funds may be used to offset the cost of vendor registration, food sample costs, or the cost of staffing the event.
