“Woodstock Union Middle High School has had an exciting fall! Our fourth annual Zucchinator contest brought in zucchinis and squashes of all shapes and sizes that students worked to shred and freeze for doling out delicious muffins all year. Our brand-new Locally Grown class has experimented with pickle making, pesto concoctions, and shiitake mushroom cultivation as well as visited several area farms and business. The potatoes have been harvested and the garden mostly put to bed. This time of year, it’s all about abundance and making connections, and for that we are so very grateful.” – Kat Robbins – Woodstock Union High School and Middle School, Woodstock, VT
